When you contact Coverdale, Coverdale safeguards client confidentiality. We will not confirm or deny whether we provide services in respect of any individual or client.
Please note that if you are a professional, such as a lawyer, accountant or auditor, seeking information or requesting a service on behalf of one of your clients, have your client contact us first to give us consent to provide the information or to render the service to you. We must first receive consent from our client before providing any information.

Please use our main switchboard below to contact us by phone at (284) 494-6727. Our regular office hours are from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except for public holidays. We do not receive faxes.
If you are a client visiting our office in person, it is always a good idea to bring your government-issued identification with you to update your due diligence held by us. We can certify copies to keep on file to keep our records up to date as required by regulation.
We follow all health authority protocols to protect our clients and staff. If you wish to visit our office in person, please ensure that you follow all applicable guidelines related to health protection, including masking, hand sanitizing, and social distancing. Please call ahead to ensure that we are able to receive in-person visits.
Job applicants are encouraged to submit their applications electronically. Please follow the instructions published in any advertisement for any position that we advertise.
We also receive and consider unsolicited applications. For unsolicited applications, please note that we will keep applications on record for up to three months in the event that a suitable position opens. We generally do not reply to unsolicited applications. Please do not call or drop off unsolicited applications in person.
Coverdale proudly sponsors local charities from time to time. Please submit all requests for local support electronically. We generally allocate our charitable giving for the year in the first three months of the year. The best time to submit your request would be before March 31.

If you have a complaint please raise the issue with the staff member who handles your affairs. If you are still not satisfied, please send an email to the attention of our Compliance Officer. We will work to resolve the matter to everyone’s satisfaction.
